In addition to the rent, a few additional costs will be charged:
We require a 40% deposit upon booking; the remaining amount must be paid no later than one week before arrival. After receiving full payment, you will receive an email with the code for the key safe a few days before arrival. This contains keys for the house and the garden shed, as well as a charging card for your electric car.
To ensure that everything is perfect for your stay, we welcome you from 3 p.m. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and two towels per person will be provided. This service, as well as Wi-Fi, is included in the rental price. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out before 10 a.m. so that we can prepare the property for the next guests. If the property is left tidy and in good condition, with nothing missing or damaged, the £200 deposit will be refunded by bank transfer after departure.
