Enjoy a comfortable holiday home
The property dates from the late 1990s. In 2025, we renovated the interior of the house ourselves. A new bathroom, new kitchen and two new toilets were installed. We renewed the flooring on the ground floor and upstairs. New furniture and box springs were installed throughout. The interior of the holiday home was inspired by the coast and dunes.

Private parking space with electric charging point, directly at the house for convenience and comfort.
Contactless check-in
You will receive a code for the key safe, so you can enter the house independently and contactlessly upon arrival.

The house is completely smoke-free: no cigarettes, cigars or e-cigarettes are permitted to ensure a fresh and healthy environment.

Relax in style on our terrace or right above the water on the private ponton. Both feature comfortable lounge seating, making them the ideal spots to unwind or enjoy a drink.
Walking distance to the beach
The beautiful beach of Breskens is within walking distance, ideal for relaxation, sunbathing or a pleasant walk with the family.
Good to know before your stay at Fero Breskens
When booking, we ask for an advance payment of 40% of the rental price. The remaining amount and the €200 deposit are payable one week before arrival. A few days before arrival, you will receive an email with the code for the key safe, where the keys and a charging card for your electric car will be waiting for you. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels will be provided. Electricity, gas and water consumption are included within a fixed basic level; any additional consumption will be charged afterwards. After your stay, the deposit will be refunded as soon as everything has been left tidy.
